Vincent is the grandson of a winemaker from the Minervois Appellation, that is located in the region of Languedoc. As he spent time in the vines from his early age, it became a source of inspiration for him. He then decided to become himself a oenologist, and graduated in 2004. After 15 years of experience in winemaking, in the south of France, Australia and New Zealand, Vincent is now in charge of the Cordier by Invivo winemaking team, but also the mastermind of Le Val.
« When I was a little boy, my best play time would be spent on my grand father’s Massey Fergusson. Back then, I also started helping in the vineyards, during the harvest time.
I even experienced the plow work on the vineyard with the cart horse of my grandfather, which is a great way to maintain the biodiversity of the land (soil) and vines. As a nature lover, my first objective is to look for sustainable vineyards, and soils full of life. »
